This notice explains how TRB Fintech Private Limited (“MoneySarathi”, “we”) handles your personal data when you use my.moneysarathi.com. We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.

What we collect

• Account details — your mobile number (used to sign in), name, and, if you add them, email, city, state and PIN code.
• Financial profile you declare — employment type, monthly income and an approximate credit score range. These are self-declared; we do not pull your credit report.
• Application details — what you enter when you apply, such as PAN and the loan amount, and the status updates the provider shares with us.
• Support conversations — tickets and call-back requests.
• Technical data — the devices you sign in from (browser and operating system), IP address, and the time of each session, used for security.

Why we use it

• To create and secure your account and sign you in with a one-time code.
• To show products and check, against each provider's published rules, which ones may suit you.
• To send your application to the provider you choose, and keep you updated on it.
• To answer your questions and complaints.
• To prevent fraud and misuse, and to meet our legal obligations.
• Only if you opt in: to tell you about new products and offers. You can opt out any time in your profile.

Who we share it with

The provider you apply to — only when you submit an application, only with your consent, and only what that application needs. We do not send your details to providers you haven't chosen.

Service providers who help us run the site — hosting, SMS and email delivery — under contracts that limit them to that purpose.

Authorities, when the law requires it. We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account we erase your personal data, except records the law requires us to retain (for example, records of applications passed to regulated lenders), which we keep only for the period required.

Your rights

• Access — download a copy of your data any time from My account → Security.
• Correction — update your details in My account → Profile.
• Erasure — ask us to delete your account from My account → Security.
• Withdraw consent — for marketing, in your profile; for an application already sent, contact us and the provider.
• Grievance — see Grievance redressal.

Security

Data travels over encrypted connections. Sign-in uses one-time codes, not passwords, and you can see and sign out of every device from your account. We will never ask you for an OTP, PIN, CVV or password.

Cookies and storage

We store your language choice in a cookie and your session in your browser's storage so you stay signed in. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

Children

Our products are for adults. You must be 18 or older to create an account.
