These terms govern your use of my.moneysarathi.com, operated by TRB Fintech Private Limited. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them.

What MoneySarathi is

MoneySarathi is a platform to compare financial products and apply for them. We are not a bank, NBFC or insurer and we do not lend money, issue cards or underwrite policies. Every product is offered by the provider named on it, which alone decides approval, limits, pricing and terms. Mutual fund services are provided through our separate mutual fund platform as an AMFI-registered distributor (ARN-361720).

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and resident in India.
• You sign in with a one-time code sent to your mobile. Keep your phone secure and never share the code.
• The information you give us and providers must be true and your own.
• You can close your account at any time from My account → Security.

Fit checks and calculators

Our “fit” results compare your answers with rules providers publish. Calculators use the figures you enter. Both are indicative only — they are not an offer, a sanction or a guarantee, and do not involve a credit check.

Applying

When you apply, you authorise us to share your application details with that provider and allow the provider and MoneySarathi to contact you about it. The provider's own terms, key fact statement and policies govern the product. Read them before you accept an offer.

Fees

Using MoneySarathi is free for you. Providers may pay us a fee when you take their product; this does not change the price you pay. We never ask you to pay any amount to get an application approved — report anyone who does.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no false applications, no applying on someone else's behalf without their authority, no automated scraping, and no attempts to break or probe its security.

Content and liability

We take care to show products accurately, but rates and terms are set and changed by providers. To the extent the law allows, MoneySarathi is not liable for a provider's decisions, products or services, or for indirect losses from using the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the site means you accept it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
